About HRWise

Helping good employers make better decisions before workplace issues become legal risk.

Why it exists

Most workplace problems don't start with bad intent. They start with uncertainty — a manager who isn't sure of the right process, a delay that lets tension escalate, a step missed under pressure. In Australia's compliance environment, that gap is where unfair dismissal claims, bullying complaints, and costly legal exposure quietly take root.

HRWise exists to close that gap.

Vrushali Suvarna

Vrushali is an HR Operations and Strategy Lead with 14 years of experience across research, technology, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Master of Commerce from Melbourne Business School, and has spent her career working at the intersection of people strategy and Australian employment law — navigating Fair Work obligations, EBA bargaining, psychosocial safety, and complex ER matters across some of Australia's most demanding regulatory environments.

After years of seeing the same pattern repeat — capable managers, high-stakes situations, no structured guidance at the moment it was needed — she built HRWise to make that guidance available to every employer, not just those with deep legal budgets.

What HRWise does

HRWise builds AI-powered HR compliance tools purpose-built for the Australian regulatory environment. Our flagship product, ER Assist, analyses complex employee relations scenarios against the Fair Work Act, Fair Work Commission case law, Respect@Work obligations, and WHS psychosocial risk considerations — and returns a risk level, process track, and actionable next steps in under 60 seconds.

No retainer. No delay. No guesswork.

Our philosophy

We're not here to replace human judgment. We're here to sharpen it.

Good intent doesn't protect an employer from a procedural failure. And compliance shouldn't be something you access only when you can afford outside counsel. It should be available the moment a decision is being made — practical, clear, and grounded in the law that actually applies to your workplace.

HRWise gives Australian employers earlier visibility of risk, stronger processes, and the confidence to act before a manageable issue becomes an irreversible one.
