About HRWise
Helping good employers make better decisions before workplace issues become legal risk.
Practical, fast guidance for Australian workplace decisions, built from the employee relations moments where process and timing matter most.
Why it exists
HRWise was built from a simple but frustrating truth: many workplace problems do not begin with bad intent — they begin with uncertainty, delay, or a missed process step. In Australian workplaces, that gap can quickly turn a manageable issue into a dismissal claim, a bullying complaint, or a costly compliance failure.
I built HRWise after seeing the same pattern again and again in HR and employee relations work. A manager would be trying to handle a difficult situation reasonably, but without the right guidance at the right moment, small mistakes in process would quietly grow into much bigger problems.
That was the reason HRWise began. I wanted to create something practical, fast, and grounded in Australian workplace law — a tool that helps people spot risk early, ask better questions, and act before a decision becomes irreversible.
What we build
HRWise builds AI-powered HR compliance tools for Australian workplaces. Our first product, ER Assist, reviews employee relations scenarios against the Fair Work Act, Fair Work Commission case law, Respect@Work obligations, and WHS psychosocial risk considerations to produce a structured action plan in under 60 seconds.
We are not trying to replace judgment. We are building support for the moments when judgment matters most — when employers need clearer thinking, stronger process, and earlier visibility of risk.
What we believe
We believe most employers want to do the right thing, but good intent is not enough when the stakes are high. Compliance should not feel vague, intimidating, or accessible only to specialists. It should be practical, clear, and available when decisions are being made.
HRWise exists to help Australian employers protect their people, reduce avoidable risk, and build fairer workplaces through better decisions.
