We use your information to provide HR Wise, generate AI-assisted case analysis, save case history, manage accounts, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and maintain security.

Case descriptions and related inputs may be processed through the Google Gemini API for AI analysis. Case records and account-related information may be stored using Supabase.

We use third-party service providers to operate HR Wise, including Google Gemini AI for AI processing, Supabase for case storage and database services, and Vercel for hosting and deployment.

Your data may be processed, transmitted, or stored outside Australia by these providers or their infrastructure partners. Their handling of data is governed by their own security, privacy, and data processing terms.

We retain account, case, and usage data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide HR Wise, meet operational requirements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
